Fishing   The Haukadalsá's forty pools divide into five beats, each fished by a single angler. Beat allocations are set to a half-day rotation, allowing each fisher one morning and one evening per week at each pool.   Thanks to the river's easy accessibility, even elderly anglers can fish without trouble. Three of the five beats are within comfortable walking distance of the lodge; a cross-country vehicle is available for transportation to and from the other two beats. The help of an experienced guide is available at your request.   The Haukadalsá provides excellent fishing for older anglers.
